Return and exchange of goods
Our customers can be confident in the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes unforeseen situations can arise.
Returns and Exchanges:
Special orders: If the toy was not in stock and we made it especially for you, we will always send a photo of the finished product before shipping. This gives you an opportunity to check if everything meets your expectations. Please note that this service is available only with advance payment: 50% of the cost for large toys and 100% for small ones.
Damage in transit: If unfortunately your toy was damaged during shipping, please send us a photo of the damaged item. We will promptly review the situation and offer you one of the options for resolving the issue: either we will refund the money, or we will send a new toy for free.
